May saw the band performing for VE celebrations with concerts at the Attlebridge Airfield and Swanton Morley Church. Our summer concerts are listed below and hope to see some of you there!
Congratulations go to one of our younger players Rebecca who has just achieved a Grade 8 success on the cornet.
The Band are always looking for sponsors to help pay for music and equipment so if you are a business or even a dedicated supporter please contact me for more details. Prices start at £250 for a year.
We are also delighted to welcome Rob Slocombe back to the Band after a break – he has joined our cornet section having previously played the Bb Tuba. Not much of a difference there!
