Ian’s Update November 2015

Well, did you all enjoy the Autumn concerts? – we really hope you were able to get along to the Village Hall and see the show. One of the highlights was of course the band being joined by The Façade Singers from the Ormiston Victory Academy. They gave outstanding performances of a Miss Saigon selection, Les Miserables and The Prayer, which the audience really loved. This kind of local talent really would not have not been out of place on the West End Stage! The concert also included moving tributes to James Last and the film composer James Horner. We also paid tribute to Elvis who would have been 80 this year.

The band is now rehearsing for the Christmas Shows which take place on the 18th and 19th December at Taverham Village Hall – tickets are already selling fast so don’t forget to secure yours soon.

We really look forward to helping you get “in the Christmas spirit” something our shows never fail to do ! We will see you there for some festive fun, great music and some surprises ! Father Christmas may even show up……. you never know!

The next month is traditionally our busiest time and we are also taking the Christmas Show to Hingham, Mundesley and Frettenham. – again, see here for details. Don’t forget you can also find us on facebook and twitter for all the latest news.
