Well, it was another hectic end to 2014 with band playing 10 concerts, to packed crowds in December alone! The youngsters of the training band commenced the festivities in November and we really are proud of how they continue to impress. You really must hear them!

The band celebrated its 40^th Birthday in October with a celebration gala dinner. This was an opportunity for us to reflect on our past achievements and remember our friends who are no longer with us. During the dinner, a picture show scrolled, showing our tours to Germany, Holland and Yorkshire, as well as our Sandringham appearances! These are such happy memories which, not only highlighted our musical achievements, but also reflected the social and family side, which remains the very heart of Taverham Band.

October also saw us make our annual appearance at the Norwich Beer Festival. The carefully selected programme saw the enthusiastic crowd sing the rafters off St Andrews Hall! ..some achievement for a Brass Band !

The Band was also delighted to launch their new Music Stand Banners in November last year which have replaced the old ones having been in use for nearly 20 years!
