The season of summer concerts is in full swing with some dates for your diaries :
- Saturday September 9th – 1pm to 3pm – Kelling Heath
- Sunday September 17th – 3pm – Blofield Church
September sees some of our younger members heading off to university. We wish euphonium player Henry Stevens and trombone player James Clarke all the very best.
Henry will be studying music at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. It makes band members very proud when someone who has learned from scratch with us progresses to study music at advanced level and goes on to have a career in music.
Band membership is very good but we do have a vacancy for a B-flat tuba player, if anyone knows anyone….
Magic of the Musicals 2023!
This autumn the band will be performing “Magic of the Musicals” including music from the West End stage and more :
