We will have just held our Spring concerts as this newsletter is issued and we hope everyone who came enjoyed them. Rehearsals have gone well although of course we still get the odd case of ‘isolation’ which can throw plans a bit!
We would like to welcome Paul Frostwick to the cornet section and we’re pleased to say that apart from a couple of delays, all the musicians are now back in the band playing.
April sees us at Spixworth Village Hall and at the end of May we have our first of three performances at Kelling Heath Holiday Park.
A landmark moment has been passed by myself in recent months having been Musical Director of the Band for 30 years having taken over in March 1992 when Norwich City were playing in Europe under Mike Walker!
We will be back in Taverham over the Jubilee weekend for the village event and then in October for our Autumn concerts.
