Spring 2020 Taverham Concert Ticket Cancellations

Given the government advice at the time which stated

“Non-professionals should currently not engage in singing or playing wind and brass instruments with other people given these activities pose a potentially higher risk of transmission and whilst research is ongoing. DCMS has commissioned further scientific studies to be carried out to develop robust scientific data for these activities. Existing and emerging evidence will be analysed to assist the development of policy and guidelines.” 

our Spring and October 2020 concerts were cancelled. No tickets were sold for October, but Spring tickets remained valid for the October dates.

Arrangements for unused tickets will now be as follows :

All existing tickets for our Spring 2020 concerts, which were also carried forward to our October 2020 concerts, are now cancelled. Existing tickets will NOT be valid for entry to future events.

If you bought your ticket(s) online by way of an eTicket;

  • Refunds have already been issued automatically to the original payment card used

If you bought a paper ticket from our concert shop or one of our retail outlets;

  • Please return your tickets by post to Taverham Band, c/o Unit 4, Beech Avenue Business Park, Beech Avenue Taverham, Norwich  NR8 6HW together with a note of the following details – refunds will be made directly to bank accounts :
    • Bank and branch names
    • Sort Code
    • Account Name(s)
    • Account number
  • Alternatively, you may retain your paper ticket(s) for exchange for a future Taverham Hall concert –  the process for this will be included in future ticket announcements (to be made once the situation resolves and dates are available, but will not be automatic – a physical exchange of tickets will be necessary).
