Happy new year to all readers!.
At the time of writing we are about to get the tinsel from the attic together with the Santa hats for the start of the hectic Christmas season. It is quite nice to start in December this time and not (as has happened!) before Remembrance Sunday!
We hope that anyone who came to our Christmas concerts enjoyed them and it is good to have audiences back to the numbers pre-covid.
2024 is a special year for Taverham Band as we reach 50 years! Formed back in 1974 with a few local residents getting together, the Band has gone from strength to strength!.
2024 sees the Band visiting Germany to the Rhine area in May for a concert tour and will also perform an Anniversary Concert at The Playhouse Theatre in Norwich on Sunday 20th October! Vocalist Ben Lake will join the Band in a fantastic concert. More details will be released later.
