This autumn marks 40 years since the formation of Taverham Band and to celebrate we shall be holding our Birthday Concert in October!. Come and join us as we play a mixture of music selected from key moments in the Band’s history together with some music selected by audience members as their favourites. This, together with some traditional birthday party fun will make a fantastic evening for all ages!!!!

Learn Brass At School!
This is becoming very popular and successful with over 40 youngsters having brass lessons in local school. With the new school term in September this is the peak time for new children taking up brass lessons. These are undertaken at Taverham High and Junior Schools and Drayton Junior School. Taverham Band supports this learning with free instrument loan and also with financial support to the cost of lessons where this is appropriate.
